Problem

The wrong item number is displayed when elaborating views or assemblies. 

In the example below, 8 is displayed instead of 8.1 

Solution

1) Open the Settings for the Position Flag Distribution in Detail Style.  

2) Now, switch off the Show Main Part Data in flag option. 

As a result, the Assembly Number is now displayed in the flag as desired and not that of the main part.
