Problem

When the cursor is rolled over a part, the tooltip does not show any information. 

Solution

Enter methods to resolve in this section.
Open the the 'Global Options' dialog box by holding down the right mouse button anywhere on the work area. 



After this, in the 'Snaps' tick on the check mark for 'Enable ProStructures tooltip' 



This will then display the tooltip information whenever you rollover the cursor on a part in your structural model.
