For setting up the workflow PS_compact, download following zip file.

communities.bentley.com/.../PS_5F00_compact_5F00_V4.zip

The file consists of the two files:

PS_compact.dgnlib - This file contains the workflow with all tool groups

Personal.KeyboardShortcuts.xml - This file contains all Keyboard shortcuts for the AccuDraw Group A and for the display of all tool groups.

PS_compact.dgnlib

This file needs to be copied into the organization folder for dgnlibs/GUI.
Usually the path is:

C:\ProgramData\Bentley\ProStructures CONNECT Edition\Configuration\Organization\Dgnlib\Gui

Depending on the used installation options this might be a different path.
You can check the path in ProStructures.
Go to Files/Settings/Configuration/Configuration/Variables

 

Search for GUI.

The path list for MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST should include one path under Organization.

Personal.KeyboardShortcuts.xml

This file needs to be copied into the personal settings folder.
Usually the path is:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Bentley\ProStructures\10.0.0_1\prefs

But also this path can be different. To find the correct folder the easiest way is to use the key-in in ProStructures with:

$ % explorer $(_USTN_HOMEPREFS)

Now press Enter and an Explorer window with the prefs folder will appear.

Restart ProStructures

Now you need to restart ProStructures.
The workflow and all shortcuts should be available now.
