Creating a new file directly to the GUI folder as a DGNLIB file.

Now that the file is the current file in ProStructures, the customization for the ribbon can be started by right clicking anywhere in any ribbon.

In the title bar it can be seen that the PS_compact.dgnlib is now the file we are working on.

First step is to create the workflow.
