The keyboard commands are still missing to display a tool group directly at the mouse.
How to get to the Keyboard Commands dialog was already described in 3 AccuDraw Changes.

Keyboard commands may only occur once on the respective layer.

The following command input is required to call tool groups:

ribbon grouppopup PS_Compact\Standard\Connect V

So
ribbon grouppopup
as command call and
PS_Compact\Standard\Connect V
as
workflow tab\tool group
