When we have the grid system of unsymmetrical division, we need to type the value one by one by selecting each zero from the drop down.
Doing by this way it takes lot of time to create the grid. There is a simple trick to do this in a very less time.
Please follow the below steps to do this
1. First you need to uncheck the coordinate (Length / Width / Height) in which you have unsymmetrical division. You can uncheck all the three if in all coordinates the division are not same. To show here we are considering only the Length coordinate having unsymmetrical division and the divisions are say 3000, then 3 divisions of 2000 mm, then 1500 mm and at last 2 divisions of 2000 mm. And it will look like as per below snap
2. To do this go to the right side drop down and keep your mouse cursor of any one of the "Zero" value and press ALT key and hold and left click, you will get a dialog box to enter the divisions.
In that you put the divisions as shown in the snap. For repetitive divisions you can type as "3*2000" . The below snap will clarify this.
3. Click OK and you will find your required Workframe
Please note that if you put any extra division, you can correct it also, but in this case simply deleting the value from the list will not work. You need to replace that value with the "Zero" value.
Suppose here the 1500 is the wrong input. In this case you need to open the dialog in the same way and put "Zero" in place of 1500. The same change will be reflect in the list also.
