Problem Description

While doing labeling or call outs in Drawing model or Sheet model, need to switch off some labels to show all the call outs clearly. But after changing reopening the model,
those change affects does not appear and switch to previous state with all the levels on.

Original issue description:
If i create new callout and all layers with rebar are On, then everytime when i will open the sheet i need to
turn off layers with rebar. This settings is not saved. And otherwise.version 08.11.14.340

Steps to resolve

To get rid of this issue, need to do Save Settings by going to File > Save Settings.

After that reopening the model, the settings will be there as per the changes done in previous session.
