Problem Description

The Following Error may Occur while trying open the Project Publisher in Promis.e/ Bentley Substation.

"Error opening Project Publisher An Error Occured While Initializing4"

Explanation

The error may occur because of some corrupted files in the project publisher folder which is located in "C:\ProgramData\Bentley\promise V8i\Plugins\ProjectPublisher"

Steps to Resolve

1. Turn off Promis.e/Bentley Substation.
2. Go to the C:\ProgramData\Bentley\promise V8i\Plugins\ProjectPublisher in any working computer.
3. Copy all the files in the project publisher folder.
4. Replace the existing files in the problem computer with the new files copied from the another PC.
