Overview

When doing automatic positioning, there are chances when bolts are not getting selected for the positioning operation. This happens because of the default settings which may exclude bolts while positioning them.

In this wiki, we will learn how to enable bolts for automatic positioning.

Method

1. First, navigate to data/reporting tab and click on the positioning tool.

2. Positioning dialog will open and in here click, on options for Automatic Positioning located under the steel positioning tab.

3. Now under ‘Filter and Order’ check the option for bolts which will enable consideration of bolts while

4. Once this option is checked then proceed for automatic positioning of the model and you will see the bolts in the model getting positioned.
