Overview
The material database (ProStructureMaterial.mdb) from an older version should be taken over to the new ProStructures CONNECT Edition or ProStructures 202x.
Method
The material database (ProStructureMaterial.mdb) is located under the following paths:
1) ProSteel MicroStation SS6: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Bentley \ ProStructures \ V8i_S6 \ MicroStation 081109 \ Localized \ GreatBritain \ Data
2) ProSteel MicroStation SS7: C: \ ProgramData \ Bentley \ ProStructures \ V8i_S7 \ PowerProduct 08.11. 11.536 \ WorkSpace \ ProStructures \ Localized \ GreatBritain \ Data
3) ProStructures for AutoCAD V8i: C: \ Program Files \ Bentley \ ProStructures \ V8i_S6 \ AutoCAD 2014 \ Localized \ GreatBritain \ Data
4) ProStructures CONNECT for AutoCAD: C:\Program Files\Bentley\ProStructures CONNECT for AutoCAD\AutoCAD 2021\Localised\Australia\Data\
2. In ProStructures CONNECT Edition or ProStructures 202x the material database file name is ProStructuresMaterial.mdb, please find the location of the same as below.
ProStructures 202x: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\ProStructures 202x\Configuration\WorkSpaces\Australia\Standards\ProStructures\Data
3. Please make a backup copy of this material database file.
4. From the above older version path (depending on the version) copy ProStructureMaterial.mdb and paste it into the current version location then rename the file name as ProStructuresMaterial.mdb.
