Problem

How to load the toolboxes of commonly used ProStructures commands in in working space of the application. (like previously possible in ProStructures V8i version)

Solution

The normal tool boxes are not included in the default ProStructures application installation. You can download the ProStructures.dgnlib here on the right side

NOTE - If you have ProStructures V8i SS8 version installed, you will find this at -
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\ProStructures V8i S8\ProStructures\Prg

Now, we determine the path for the *.dgnlib file, which can vary depending upon the installation. Start by navigating to the backstage by clicking on File > Settings > Configuration > Configuration Variable

Now you need to search for MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST and then double click on the same.

In the lower area are the path details for the files with the toolbars. With the path for Organization (highlighted in below picture) the tools are always available, regardless of which WorkSpace is loaded.

Copy the ProStructuresTaskMenu.dgnlib file to this folder location and the restart the ProStructures application. After this, you can call out the dialog for Toolbars by navigating to File > Settings > User > Tool boxes.

Or you can simply use the shortcut Ctrl+T

You can find all the available Tool Boxes here and just check on the require commands to appear on screen and dock them at your convened location in the layout interface.

In this manner, you can load and dock the traditional tool boxes for commands in ProStructures CONNECT Edition.
