Sometimes users may face a challenge while operating the levels that the particular objects are not visible even after that level is turned on.
____________________________________________________________________________________
Original issue description:
When you turn off the visibility of the layer suppose level XYZ and turn it back on.
The objects placed on the layer do not appear in the model. However, when you turn off / on any
other layer, the visibility of the disabled elements is turned on.
The mechanism for disabling and enabling the visibility of layers in this case is not clear.

In this wiki, we will learn how avoid such issue where one may not see the objects on a particular level even though that level is turned on.
1. The solution is quite simple. First, Open the Level Display Dialog.
2. In this dialog, make sure that your level display settings are set to ‘View Display’ instead of the Global Display and then save these settings.
3. By applying the settings to the View Display, the level display operations will start working normally and as they suppose to be.
