How can I export my project into PDF format?

Background

The Project Publisher tool is used to create PDF output of project drawings. Such output can be sent to end users that do not have Promis.e or Bentley Substation design software with which to review the project.

With Project Publisher:

Project pages can be sent to a single "Binded" PDF file or separate PDF files.
Output can be set to Monochrome
Viewers can navigate from symbol to related symbol in binded PDF files, similar to navigation within the design software.
Microsoft Word and Excel files and PDF files from other sources can be included in the generated PDF file.

To start the Project Publisher tool

* is used to denote a menu selection that is not necessary for some versions or platforms.

For Bentley Substation CONNECT Edition

From the ribbon tabs along the top of the application, select File to open the Backpage menu then select Project Publisher
Function key shortcut: F2 > F > L

For Promis.e and Bentley Substation V8i

From the Tasks or ribbon area, select promis-e* Output > Plot & Publish > Project Publisher
