Problem

When any geometrical data of the user shape is changed in the user shape manager and the already placed shape in the model doesn’t get updated accordingly then this wiki will help you to resolve this issue.

Please follow the steps below if you face a similar issue.

Solution

1. When the geometrical values of a user shape are modified then there is a possibility where the existing shapes may not update.

2. When this happens then open the ‘Key in’ prompt located under the ‘Home’ tab or click ‘Enter’ to open by shortcut.

3. Now, in the browser, type the key in ‘ProStructures Reload References’ and enter. (Refer to the image below)

4. This will update all shapes placed in the model according to the change and once completed, this will show you a message in the message center.
