Problem

In this wiki, we will learn how to resolve this problem when it is seen that values in the bolt or plates’ dialog box are in the unusual format.

Solution

1. This unusual representation of the imperial values in the dialog box appears because of the format of the units in the design file settings.

2. To Bring these values in the feet: inches format, navigate to backstage File>Settings>Design File Settings>Working Units

3. Under the working units set the format of units as MU: SU instead of MU i.e. (Master Unit :Sub Unit)

4. Click ‘OK’ and then this will show the correct representation of imperial values in the in the Master and Sub Unit form
