How to Scribe or provide contour marking on NC data for the attached parts in a Group Element

Problem Description

In a Group Element there may be so many Sub Parts attached to that along with the drill, e.g. Cleat angles, Stiffeners. To know the exact location where those parts to be fixed or welded to main part,
some contour or scribe marking is needed so that fabricator can easily assemble the Group Part. For that, in NC data there should be Contour mark or marking by scribe.

Steps to resolve

When you open the ProSteel NC Data Dialog you will find Marking attached part in Data Section in left of the window. In that you need to tick on Mark Attached Parts and in Marking Options Mark by scribing  as shown in below snap.

Please note that marking data will only be generated for the parts which are attached to the main Group part and which have a minimum gap what to be mentioned in Ignore gap up to.
