Problem Description

Created a 2D View by using the 2D Detail Center and then Created a Sheet Model with Border in the Same DGN as the Model. When Inserted the 2D in the Sheet Model. It gets inserted in the wrong place. Then tried to delete the detail. This happened but all the part names remain there. If we try to select them but we cannot. They are visible but no way to get rid of them. How do we get rid of them?

Steps to resolve

Please follow the below steps to achieve this.

1. Open the Level Display tool, and then turn off all Used levels one by one. While doing this please observe that by which level turning off the ghost names get disappears.

2. Once you got that level(s) then turn off all remaining levels except the level(s) on which these ghost names are there. See the below image as an example.

3. Now, cross select all the ghost names and delete them. After deleting, we can see all the ghost names have vanished.

In this way, one can get rid of these ghost names.
