Problem Description

Many times user creates a 2D Group or Single part drawings. User prefers to edit some dimensions or some other things in the created drawings. While doing editing 2D drawings, many times snap points are not available which created a problem for editing. To avoid this issue, please follow the steps below.

Steps to resolve

1. Sometimes, The ProStructures snap option is on by default. ( Refer the image below.)



 2. Now, to catch the required snap for dimensioning in the 2D drawing, disable the ProStructures snap.



3. Disabling this ProStructures’ snap option will help to grab snaps while dimensioning. ( Refer the image below.) In which you can see now snap points are available for editing.



In this way disabling ProStructures’ snap option will help to avoid this issue.
