Background

Report Template Designer is used to create and modify report templates (.RPT files) for use with [[Run Reports]].

To open the Report Template Designer

* is used to denote a menu selection that is not necessary for some versions or platforms.

Bentley Substation CONNECT Edition

• Select Output ribbon tab > Reports group > Report Template Designer
• Function key shortcut: F2 > O > RY
  
  • If the Output ribbon tab is already the active tab: F3 > RY

• From the Tasks or ribbon area, select Manage > *Template Management > Report Template Designer
• Key-in: ECAD EXEC REPORTWIZARD
• Key-in for promis.e for AutoCAD (through SS7): ECAD_EXEC_REPORTWIZARD

• From the Tasks or ribbon area, select Configure > *Output Templates > Report Template Designer
• Key-in: ECAD EXEC REPORTWIZARD
