Problem

"Installed the Navisworks 2020 and the 2020 OE, but all prosteel objects still show as wire frame in Navisworks and some of the elements are missing."

In this wiki, we will learn how to resolve this concern in the above statement.

Solution

Please refer to the points below.

1. For e.g, If Navisworks 2020 is installed on the system, then make sure that you have corresponding AutoCAD version (i.e. AutoCAD 2020 in this case) installed.

2. Also, object enabler for the respective version must be installed on the machine.

3. If you have all these installations and still facing the error then uninstall and reinstall the ProSteel Object Enabler.

This will resolve the concern and all the ProSteel elements will visible in the Navisworks and that too in the required display style.
