Overview

When we create 2D fabrication drawings or Views, we always need to take care about the Line Styles and line thickness. In Detail Style you can easily control Line Styles and Line Thickness.
This document will explain how one can control and choose different line and line thickness according to their need.

Method

When you are going to set and represent your drawings via Detail Style, you will find option to make your desired line Style and line thickness. please follow the below steps to get this done.

1. Under detail Style, Go to 2D Dispaly > Common > Line Display. And in that page choose 2D Line Display Definition as "From Detail Style". There you will see line Style / Line Weight is activated for selectionfrom drop down.

2. So in below images you can see with the change of line Style index, Line Style getting changed.

3. Similarly when you select Line Weight from Line Weight dropdown, you will get different line weight according to the index.

In this way you can set the Line Style and line Weight in your 2D Detail Block via detail Style.
