Problem

When the single parts drawings are generated from the detail center, sometimes there can be issue where the scale of a display of diameter value of holes appears too big as compared to other dimensions.

In this wiki, we will learn how to resolve this concern so that the single-part drawing will look uniform and neat.

Solution

1. Under the steel workflow, navigate to the Detail Center standard located under Steel>Drawing Production>Detail Center Standard.

2. Now, in the dialog, right-click on the required Detail Style and select ‘Edit Style’.

3. Now, expand the ‘dimensioning’ options, click on the common>holes, and under the holes’ options, reduce the text size of diameter. ( Refer to the image below).

4. Now, update the preview, and you will observe that lowering the text height of the diameter text will resolve your concern.
