Problem
Files, like the ProstructureMaterial.mdb should be placed on the network folder
Solution
In the Product.cfg located in
Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\ProStructures V8i S8\ProStructures\config\appl
one can find the entries for that, like

The entry could be in that case
PS_MATERIALFILE = Your Network location folder path\ProstructureMaterial.mdb
