While modeling structural elements, you may need to create a curb or notch to concrete slab. This document will explain how to add such features to any concrete slab.
1. Create a concrete slab using Slab tool under Concrete Placement tab.
2. On the drop-down menu of Slab tool under Concrete Placement. Click on Add Slab Feature. On the Curb/Notch section of the dialog, enter Width and Height.
3. Then, select a tool under Curb/Notch option. You will then prompt to select a concrete slab, pick an edge or a line and specify the point of side to curb/notch. Another method of placement (A) is by 2 points by clicking the Point option in the ProStructures Command dialog.
In conclusion, you can add Curb/Notch modifications to any concrete slab based on your design requirements using Add Slab Feature tool.
