Please refer How to download Promise CONNECT  for detailed steps on downloading the Setup for Promis.e.

Note: The below steps assume that you already have the necessary setup

1. To Install Substation double click on pes100000049en.exe
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click Configure
   
   
   
   
3. Browse Application Path, by default it will save in C drive (Refer below image). Click Next
   
   
   
   
4. Select feature. If want Desktop Shortcut, then check that box.
   
   
   
   
5. Enable ‘I accept the END User’. Click Install.
   
   
6. Following Window Pop-ups
   
   
   
   
7. Click Finish.
   
   
   

        
Note: If you are trying to upgrade the version of Promis.e to latest version for any version after OpenUtilities Update 10 you need to upgrade the Database manually as the software will not be displaying the alert message to update the database as in earlier versions. This is due to SubVersion property being added to database, more information can be found in the Project Database SubVersion. You can follow the steps in below Wiki link for details on Creating and Updating Project Databases.
