This technical video will explain how to package a project to send to another client or technical support.  Often times this is needed for project work share or to debug problems that can occur.  Project Packager will create a copy of the project and project data.  These files are pushed to a zip file created.  The data is copied to XML format ready to be unpackaged the same route.  Please refer to the video for these details:
