How to Print Multiple 3D layout pages to PDF using Print Organizer in OpenUtilities Substation

Background:

The users might have a need to generate PDF of Multiple 3D layout Page, if the users try to use the project publisher for printing to PDF the resulting PDF will have the drawing plotted with display style as "Wireframe". Hence if the users need to print the drawing to Display Style as in the page like "Illustration" or "Smooth", then they can use the Print Organizer feature for printing to PDF.

The user can refer this Wiki Article for steps on how to Print Multiple 3D Layout mode to PDF file with Display Style as assigned to the Project Page and not using "Wireframe" display style.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Launch OpenUtilities Substation (OUS) and in Project Manager Click Print >> Print Organizer.



2. Click on Add Files to Set and click on Add in Create Print Definition dialog. Browse to the location of the Project Pages and select multiple DGNs by using Ctrl key and click on Done and OK.



3. Click on Print >> Select the Bentley PDF Printer Driver. Specify the path for Destination of PDF and click OK.
