Overview
This wiki explains how one can create a 2D Section Workframe view which can be used in the Detail Center to create a 2D section drawing.
Steps to be follow
1. First, we need to create a custom Workframe grid, for this please follow the below wiki link-
2. Now open the Select View located at View > ACS View > Select View.
3. In the Select View dialog, select the newly created custom Workframe and then select the Edit Workframe button, this will open the Workframe Properties.
NOTE: One can even double click on the Workframe grid to open the Workframe Properties directly.
4. In the Workframe Properties dialog, go to Partlist Data > Data and here change the Type from Standard to 2D Section View. Once done, click OK button to close the dialog.
Now, when you open the Detail Center the icon for the View gets changes as shown in the below image.
In this way, one can create a 2D Section Workframe View.
