Overview
In this wiki, we are going to learn how to create a manual detail from Detail Center.
Steps to be follow
Please follow the below steps to achieve this.
1. Use the MicroStation View buttons to set the correct view as required instead of the using the Object View Command.
2. Go to the Drawing Aids ribbon tab, and select the Define by View option from ACS ribbon group.
3. Define the ACS as shown in the below image.
4. Click on the Create Manual Detail button from the Detail Center > View tab. Add View Model View dialog opens, click on the Manual Detail button.
5. Enter the Manual Detail name and click OK. Then select the RESET (Right-click) button to use the current set ACS view and after that select the elements.
6. A preview of the manual detail view opens. Now, click on the 2D creation button to create the 2D drawing.
7. Now, a manual 2D detail drawing will be created. Now, click on the Save and close button to save the detail.
8. This Manual Detail, one can find the in the Detail Directory of Insert tab of the Detail Center.
In this way, one can create a manual detail from Detail Center.
