Background:

This wiki article will help user determine if the OpenUtilities Substation Wrapper files that are essential for ProjectWise integration are available or missing on the client machine. 

Steps to Accomplish

1. Using Windows Explorer browse to the location "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\ProjectWise\bin" 


2. Then use search to find the files with "Promise" in their inside the folder. check if the below files are present in the folder. If the files are not present, its an indicator that the correct sequence of Installation has not been followed.
