Anchor Plan is not visible properly.

Problem

There are the cases when while generating an Anchor Plan, users observe the shapes and plates are missing in their generated anchor plan as shown in the image below.



This wiki will explain the causes and how to resolve this anchor plan related issue.

Solution

1. This issue occurs usually due to wrong scale definition or not selecting the option ‘Don’t Scale Parts’ from common Default settings.

2. Once you click on the edit style (Anchor Plan), go to Default settings>Common.

4. Make sure that you have provided suitable display scale so that objects are properly visible.

3. In the Common settings, make sure that ‘Don’t Scale Parts’ option is checked. Checking this option will not scale the parts which will be visible as per their original size. Only dimensions and texts will be scaled according to the provided display scale.



4. Also, make sure that other settings like Projection method, reference view, alignment are set as shown in the image above. If they are properly set, then one should get the resulted anchor plan as shown in the image below.
