Problem Description
A group has been ereased. Then some parts reappear.
Reason
Subparts grips were hidden and had not been deleted.
Steps to Resolve

Before deleting 2D groups check if the subpart grips are visible (green triangles)

If not switch them on via context menu (no object selection)

Now delete the 2D group.
