The latest sisNET 2023 release comes with sisNET, sisFLOW and sisVIEW and sisIMS. If you search for "sisNET", "sisFLOW" or "sisVIEW" on Software Downloads, you will see the 2023.00.01.03 version of November 27th. 

Outdated sisNET product names shown outdated versions

If you search on outdated sisNET product names like "sisNET Multi" or "sisNET Electric", you will only see outdated versions. This is because OpenUtilities sisNET has a new ProductID (3172), introduced since CE Update 5. As a result, entering the names of the old sisNET products (sisNET Multi, Electric, Gas, Heat, Water or Wastewater) in Software Downloads does not lead to the latest release, but to Update 5, the last release that still offered the old ProductIDs and old product names.

If you enter one of the values "sisNET", "sisFLOW", or "sisVIEW" in the search field, you will be redirected to the latest CE version of these products. Note that one of the old product names may still be stored in the cache of your search page on Software Downloads. We recommend checking to see if this can still be cleaned up.

If you search for sisIMS, you will only see older versions, (up to Update 7 of March 2023). No worries, the sisIMS product is included in the download of the sisNET product. sisIMS 2023.00.01.03 is included in the sisNET 2023.00.01.03 release.

Note: Clicking the Clear button (shown in blue) will remove the settings in the Generation, Version, Language, Architecture, Deliverable Type, and Subscription Entitlement fields and display all available versions. Note that old sisNET versions may be archived by the sisNET team and are then no longer available under Software Downloads.

Searching for sisFLOW and sisVIEW shows only "OpenUtilities sisNET 2023 (SES)"

You may have the following question: The Bentley Software Downloads website only shows "OpenUtilities sisNET 2023 (SES)". Where can I find the other products sisFLOW, sisVIEW and sisIMS?

Answer: The procedure is as follows:

1. Download the software
2. Run the executable installation program
3. Accept the license agreement
4. Select the Configuration option in the upper right corner
5. Check / update the configuration options and select Next
6. Check / update the sisNET project data location and select Next
7. Select the desired options. Here you can choose from the various product options and add-ons.

DB-Update

sisNET 2023.00.01.03 requires DB version 10.0.7. This is the same DB version as required by sisNET 2023.00.00.27. If you upgrade from sisNET 2023.00.00.27, then no DB-update is required. If you upgrade from an older sisNET version, you need to do a DB-update.

SQLite error message when starting sisManager, Projectverwaltung or sisNET IMB-Client

If, after installing sisNET 2023.00.01.03, the following error appears when starting the sisManager, the Projectverwaltung, or the sisNET IMB-client after attempting to log in:

to

In the event of problems with MVBA programs

After the installation of sisNET 2023.0.01.03, MVBA files that use functionalities from the sisNETObjectLibrary.tlb cannot be executed.

As a workaround, a sisNETObjectLibrary.tlb of the previous version (sisNET CE 10.17.06.26) can be copied to
C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenUtilities sisNET CONNECT Edition\OpenUtilitiesSisnet\Mdlapps\sisnet\english\
can be copied.

If no functionalities of the sisNETObjectLibrary.tlb are required, this procedure is not necessary.
