Background:

Users may need to use Custom Font Style for text in the projects. This article helps with details on how to add custom fonts which into Promis.e CONNECT.

Steps to Accomplish

Note: Make sure the Promis.e CE is not running when following the below steps.

1. On the machine where Promis.e CONNECT is installed browse to the below location using Windows Explorer.


For Promis.e CONNECT Until Update 13
"C:\Program Files\Bentley\Promise CONNECT Edition\Promise\Default\Fonts"






For Promis.e 2023
C:\Program Files\Bentley\Promise 2023\Promise\Default\Fonts

2. In the above folder copy the Custom Font file for example Custom.shx file. 


3. Launch Promis.e CE and check if the Font can be used with Text.
