Problem Description

Gratings created in ProSteel CONNECT for AutoCAD are showing as a wireframe in Navisworks.

Steps to resolve

Please follow the below steps to resolve this.

1. Right click and go to ProSteel > Options this will opens the ProSteel Options.

2. In the ProSteel Options dialog, under the Straight Plates page, enable the Plate grid = plate thickness option and click OK.

3. Now, place the grating by using the Plates tool and save this DWG file.

4. Open the saved DWG file in Navisworks, now you can see the gratings.

In this way, one can resolve this problem.
