Cells are stored as standard MicroStation Cell libraries. You can find default OLE cell library in “Sicat_Cells.cel” which is in the default cell library folder for the workspace.

You can add new cell definitions or change the existing ones, in the cell library. To learn about how to manage and create cells please refer to MicroStation documentation and trainings.
