Since 2024 Release, right to left profile is builtin capability for design view and drawing production

   

You can create reverse profile drawings with mirroring the contents of the drawing model together with attached profile reference.

1. Open the Drawing model
2. Add annotation if needed
3. In the References dialog, toggle "Treat Attachment as an object for manipulation". This is to mirror referenced profile together with annotation at the same time.
4. Create a vertical line to use as a temporary mirroring reference
5. Mirror the contents using Line method. Make sure to select whole reference together with annotations.
6. Check the mirrored drawing. 
7. Remove the temporary vertical line.
8. Open Sheet model. 
9. Move reference drawing to correct location.
