In OpenPlant Modeler, to fix updated properties when using Auto Match option.
In OpenPlant Modeler, while connecting a pipe & fittings, some properties are exclusively defined for its own group. Say for a property STANDARD, pipe has ASME B 36.10 which adjoins with a fitting say ELBOW which has a standard ASM B 16.9. During a normal placement both contains the correct information. The problem arises, when routing a pipeline using Auto Match Option enabled. See image below.
Start routing a pipe from fitting, elbow. Notice pipe Standard changes to B 16.9, which is incorrect.
Below are the steps to fix this issue.
This is happening due to presence of STANDARD property listed in MatchOptions.xml file. Removing it will eliminate the problem.
If above problem still persist, then please create a Service Request and contact the Bentley Product Advantage group. Please include a list of all relevant details to get in depth analysis for a solution or workaround.
