When importing cant from ALG or XML, OpenRail cant alignment parameters are not available from geometry file and some default value are used.
Default value are not coming from Design File Settings.
And remember that when you create Rails, the cant parameters are used not the Design File Settings.
So you must change the Cant Parameters after import but you must preserve the cant value.
Applied Cant must not be recalculated from new parameters.
