You can import your old txt and xml based turnout libraries to OpenRail Designer.
Workflow starting with a txt based library is:
- Use Bentley Rail Track SS4/SS10 to convert txt library to xml. Turnout Library Converted to XML
- Use OpenRail Designer to import xml library into dgn based library, converting them to feature based turnout definitions. Assign symbology definitions for annotation.
