Background

In OpenPlant Modeler there is a possibility to place Detail Callouts, but after placing one, saved views or sheet models cant be created.

Below you will find steps how to fix this issue and place Detail Callout in your model.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Open your model in OpenPlant Modeler and set View Rotation from which you would like to place Detail Callout.

  2. Click Tools>Detailing Symbols>Place Detail Callout.

  3. In Opened dialog select "Show Detailing Symbol Style Settings" to edit the active Detailing Style

  4. Select Default Style or create new one. Then expand Detail Callout section and select suitable Main Terminator Cell from dropdown list.

  5. Save all changes and try to place Detail Callout again. Now it will be placed with selected Main Terminator and you will be able to open Drawing Creation dialog.

  6. After accepting with these settings a newly created Sheet model will be opened right away

  7. Open your Master Model in Isometrics view and verify the results.
