Problem Description

When trying to install OpenBuildings Station Designer, LEGION Model Builder and Simulator failed to install.

Steps to Accomplish

It seems that this could be a Microsoft C++ 2017 redistributable issue. It looks as if Microsoft C++ 2017 redistributable had affected the 2015 redistributable required by LEGION, so this couldn't support LEGION installations.

Below are the steps to resolve the error

1. Uninstall Microsoft C++ 2017 redistributable 14.16.27012 

2. Re-install Microsoft C++ 2015 redistributable

3. Install LEGION Model Builder and LEGION Simulator

4. Re-install the following version of  Microsoft C++ 2017 redistributable 14.01.25017.0
