Cannot Open a file in OpenComms Designer—VBA rejected the OpenComms Designer Application object

 

 If this dialog appears when trying to start OpenComms Designer after an upgrade or install, open an Administrator Command Window, and drill to the root directory of OpenComms Designer:

   

 At the command prompt, type in:        opencommsdesigner /regserver         

 Click the Enter button to execute.  Re-launch OpenComms Designer.
