Select File>OpenComms Settings from the File menu inside an OpenComms Designer file:

Select Facilities>Strand Setup from the OpenComms Settings page:

Select the Strand Resource file and click OK and then select Edit to open the Strand Resource file:

1. From the Strand Setup dialog box, select the City/State/Zipcode Lists button:

        2. The City/State/Zipcode Lists for Addresses dialog box opens.

        3. Enter a new City and State name and click Add.

        4. Select the City/State name from the list.      

        5. Key in a Zip Code associated with the selected City/State and click Add. If there are more than one zip codes, enter them in the Zip Code field and click Add.

        6. Click Done once the City/State/Zip Code list has been completed.

Note: With City/State/Zip Code populated in the strand resource file, a drafter will be able to populate this information when placing an address in Comms using a pick list.
