Sometimes, a user may want to export a single line in a drawing from one project to another without having the import the whole drawing. The simplest way to do this would be to use the Import/Export PXF tools. Below are the steps in doing this.
Now a PXF file should be created and named after the drawing file. Next, the file will need to be imported into a new or existing model.
The PXF file can be imported into any model, new or existing. These steps go over importing the PXF file, which contains the line number that was just exported in the previous section.
One should now know how to move lines from one model to another. This can also be used to copy a line from a model in one project to a model in another project.
