Problem Description

In OpenPlant Support Engineering, user requirement is to set the font as per project requirement. By default, it exhibits a value range from 1 to 6. Below steps describes the steps to set the value for required font and get the desired output. 

Steps to Resolve

1. Launch OpenPlant Support Engineering. Select OPModeler_Metric here.
2. Select any file and open.
3. Place any support on a pipeline. 
4. From Tool Cabinet-->Support Drawing-->Generate Support drawing. 
   
   
   
   
5. Once support drawing generated, check for text attribute. Notice the default Text as Standard which is based on default value setup as 6. 
   
   
   
   
6. To check the value for fonts applied on text, select text, go to Utilities--> Key-in. 
   
   
   
   
7. Key in analyze element and accept. 
   
   
   
   
8. Under Details tab, it will show font number, see image below. 
   
   
   
   
9. Similarly, user can set number and get the results as desired.
10. To change the font lets enter a number say 1025, which is for font name Arial.
11. From option Support Engineering--> Project Dashboard.
12. Go to Settings-->Project Parameters-->Project--> Font. Enter font value as 1025 like shown in below image. 
    
    
    
    
13. Save it and launch OpenPlant Support Engineering.
14. Place click on support and select text to check font name.
    
    
    
    
15. Also check details by using Analyze Element option through key-in. 
    
    
    
    
16. To known font number for other fonts apart from Arial, user need to place a text with desired font and check the number using Analyze Element key-in which could be further used for support reporting like explained above in this article.
