How to define color for Manual Annotation same as Default Annotation

Background

In OpenPlant PID, user wants to have color for Manual Annotation same as Default Annotation. Now, in this article we are defining steps for the Valve.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Launch OpenPlant PID, Open PIDProjectTemplates.dgnlib, for PID Text Style, default color is White.





  2. Go to Element, select Element Templates, create new template and define “0” (White color) for it and save the file.





  3. Be precise while mentioning element template in Class Editor. See below image.


  4. Relaunch OpenPlant PID, go to Element, select Element Templates, go to Utilities and click on Update Templates from Library.



  5. Place Gate Valve and Annotation for Name property, verify below results.
