Background
In this article we will cover how to shift/move Flow Arrow at zero distance from vertex to pipeline. By default Flow Arrow spacing is at some distance see below image. Our requirement is to move flow arrow distance to zero.
Steps to Accomplish

Launch Class Editor.

Open OpenPlant_PID.01.07.ecschema.

Supplement with OpenPlant_PID_Supplemental_Imperial.01.07.ecschema.

Navigate to "Directional Pipe Flow Arrow" Class.

Switch to Properties Tab "SPACING_CLASSNAME" .

Hit on 'Override' button, if the property is greyed out.

Edit "Default value" Property Custom Attributes, SPACING_DEFAULT to SPACING_NONE as shown below.
