How to Add Bubble Location For Flow Meter in OpenPlant PID

Background

In OpenPlant PID, by default there is only One Location is defined that is Filed Mounted. In User's Project they wanted to add more Bubble Location, in this Wiki article we will see how to add Bubble location for Flow meter like we do have in Parametric Instrument.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Launch Bentley Class Editor.

  2. Open OpenPlant PID.01.07 ecshame from below shown path, here Project unit is Metric.




  3. Supplement with 'OpenPlant_PID_Supplemental_Imperial.01.07.ecschema' from below highlighted path.


  4. Navigate to 'Control Valve Annotation Divider List' Class.




  5. Switch to 'Class' Tab.

  6. In StandardValues Custom Attribute add New ValueMap, see below image.






  7. Save all Changes

  8. Launch OpenPlant PID & Verify Result.
