To Change Settings as per VAD file
Background
If User wants to use different settings for a VAD file, then user needs to follow below mentioned steps.
Steps to Accomplish
- Launch OpenPlant Orthographics Manager CONNECT Edition and select a project

- Go to Project tab

- Settings details will be shown on “Project” page

- Press “+” button to Add a new setting

- New Setting dialog will pop up

- Give Setting name and Comment if any , and press “Create Setting”

- New Settings will be Created and list down

- Select the newly created Settings and press Configure Settings button

- Settings dialog will pop up mentioning the Project name and Settings Name on Top left

- Go to any Settings and make some changes say “Dimensions” and change Text color to “Blue” from Yellow

- Press Save button and close Settings Dialog

- Now go to “Home” tab

- Press “Load” button

- Load VAD File dialog will pop up

- Select a VAD file for which you want to change settings and press “Open” button

- Selected VAD will be loaded

- Go to Setting Name drop and select the required Setting for a specific VAD file

- Press “Save” button

- Go to Drawing Generation -- > Generate

- Setting name will be updated as per selected setting in Input VAD list

- Select the VAD file and press “Generate Drawings”

- Output will be generated as per new settings
